Ramallah Friends, the Steering Committee, and Sojourners gathered to discuss the future of the Meetinghouse and Annex. As a result, FICR was born as a ministry of Ramallah Friends Meeting in partnership with Philadelphia and Baltimore Yearly Meetings. This has now come to involve concerned Friends and others from around the world.
